OTO provides half day, full day and ongoing professional development for effective instruction in 21st century environments. Listed below is a sample of the most frequently sought teacher training sessions.
- Integrating Technology into Curriculum and Instruction - During this full or half day session teachers will learn how to effectively integrate technology into the classroom. Teachers will be pre-assessed before the session to ensure their level of need is addressed.
- Creating the 21st Century Classroom: Shifting from Traditional - This half day session will help teachers understand the shift from a traditional classroom to a 21st Century classroom. Examples of current 21st Century classrooms will be used.

- Classroom Performance System Presentation -This half day session will provide an overview of several different classroom performance systems.

- Engaging Social Networks for Instruction and Learning Communities
- Web 2.0 Tools - During this full or half day session teachers will receive an overview of useful web 2.0 tools for the classroom. This session will provide many opportunities for hand-on training.
