Leadership for Transforming Environments
Successful leadership for robust technology environments requires a shift from traditional administrative practice. These workshops focus on the essential elements of effective leadership to transform schools through the use of 21st century technology. Participants will leave with a toolkit and ongoing network of support to ensure the development and enrichment for a successful 21st century learning environment.

Leadership for Beginning a One-to-One Program
These sessions highlight the essential steps in implementing successful one-to-one programs. OTO leadership will provide a behind the scenes look at the strengths and challenges of implementing a one-to-one program. Participants will create a project plan and steps for success that address your organization's specific challenges.

Dynamic Technology Planning Program®
Using a customized software tool, OTO staff will work with the district's top level leadership team to establish the following:
  • Vision and prioritization of systemic technology goals
  • Identification of resources needed to implement the vision
  • Identification of current resource allocation and results
  • Calculation of vision implementation costs
  • Identification of funding sources
  • Communication of the technology plan to stakeholders
  • Development of a multi-year planning tool

DTPP is a projection tool that provides your district's top level leadership team with the ability to easily and systematically plan and communicate short and long term technology needs, costs and funding sources. You will use the customized tool to identify funding sources, calculate implementation costs and develop a multi-year plan.
